To discuss the issues, challenges and strategies for getting the hotel industry Back on Track in 2010, key hotel industry stakeholders will meet from 7th to 9th July at ANZPHIC 2010 - the region’s leading industry event.

Over 400 hotel owners, investors, developers, operators, lenders, advisers and other stakeholders are expected to join over 40 Sponsors, Exhibitors and Supporters in attending ANZPHIC 2010 to hear from industry experts, share experiences and build/reinforce networks.

Amongst the new initiatives in 2010 are an additional cocktail function (that will open the conference) and an exciting one day pre-conference event - Fractional Real Estate Essentials that will be focussed on one of the hottest forms of hospitality ownership in the world in recent years. This additional pre-conference event to be held on 7th July, will be available for a limited number of ANZPHIC 2010 delegates to attend free of charge, subject to availability at the time of registering for ANZPHIC 2010.

A $250 "early bird" discount for registrations on or before 30 April will also be available for ANZPHIC 2010.

The plenary sessions and Exhibition facility for ANZPHIC 2010 will be held in the extensive conference facilities of the Hilton Sydney and Fractional Real Estate Essentials will be held in the offices of Blake Dawson in Sydney.
